2024 Scholarship Winners

The Colorado chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier granted $4,500 in scholarships this year.

We are pleased to introduce you to our winners:

Currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics program at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Non-traditional student, Tentative Graduation Date: May 2025
Currently a Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN)
Ambitious, involved in her community with food
Future goals: develop a business around healing with food and support

Currently enrolled in University of Denver
Focused on bringing together Community through Hospitality and giving people the opportunities that they may not have always had
Applied last year and was as strong candidate, but did not make the final 3
Future goals to have a business in culinary/hospitality where people can have second changes, learn, bring together community

Going into her Senior year at University of Denver, seeking her Bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Management. Also doing studies in French and hospitality legal studies
Was involved in 4H, early graduate of High School with her associate’s degrees, ambitious, driven, passion for culinary. Noting have culinary books as young as 10 years old.
Has her Cottage Certificate, has been selling her products off and on since 16 years old
Future goal to start her own Bakery, that shows off her passion for food and food supporting community. Also to continue studies in this space, or as she puts it “Culinary Craftsmanship”
