Her relationships in the close-knit food community run deep, including media, agricultural and culinary thought leaders, foodservice operators and chefs, food scientists, and leading retailers. Amy also developed SRG StreetDive™, a proprietary culinary immersion and ideation think tank for B2B food professionals and their customers, designed to identify new trends from a street view and stimulate fresh thinking in R&D.

Active in the F&B industry, Amy is a Culinary Institute of America Fellow, member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and Women’s Foodservice Alliance and serves on various boards and strategic advisory councils for established and emerging F&B companies  nationwide.
