Kristie Reid is the founder and owner of Sticky Fingers Cooking – Colorado Springs, where she and her team and bring hands-on culinary education to children across the community. Her work centers on empowering young chefs to build confidence, independence, and curiosity through joyful, skills-based cooking experiences.
Kristie’s passion for youth development and food education has been shaped by her leadership roles at Sticky Fingers Cooking, Cleveland State University, and Quiznos, along with her many years of consulting focusing on building the next generation of leaders. Today, she partners with schools, community organizations, and family-focused programs to expand access to creative culinary enrichment throughout Colorado Springs.
Dedicated to strengthening community through food, Kristie champions programs that nurture connection, creativity, and lifelong skills in the next generation.
