Parizad “Pari” Motiwala is an internationally trained experience designer, strategic advisor and sommelier who has spent her career shaping how people connect with food, flavors, and brands. She is the founder of Parizad LLC, where she works at the intersection of sensory evaluation, design thinking, and consumer experience across food, beverage, health, travel, and technology. Before focusing fully on gastronomy, Pari led innovation and strategy practices at global agencies in NYC.

Pari is guided by a belief that the human sensory experience is both deeply personal and powerfully connective. In Colorado, she serves as Director of Gastronomy at The Ambrosian Pantry in Denver, and is Chief Sommelier/Head of Experience Design, at Wildly Virgin LLC (based in Boulder) among others, where she helps craft immersive tastings, educational journeys, and brand experiences.

Pari is a Certified Olive Oil Sommelier through ESAO Olive Oil School of Spain, and is currently studying to become a professional taster and judge with ONAOO Italy. She also has the WSET ‘s Level 3 Advanced Wine certification, is a Certified Wine Sommelier (Level II) through the Court of Master Sommeliers, and a Certified Specialist of Wine. She holds a M.S. in Food Design & Innovation from SPD – Scuola Politecnico di Design, in Milan IT, grounding her sensory expertise in human centered design.
